The redevelopment of an existing hospital including new build elements providing 7,336m2 accommodation including main entrance, Outpatients Department, Diagnostics Department including CT Scanner, MRI, Ultrasound and Plain Film X-Ray and support accommodation at ground floor level; 5 Day Surgery Theatres and support accommodation at first floor level and a two 24 Bed Wards with 80% single rooms and two Enhanced Recovery beds at second floor level.

The reconfiguration of Women’s Services including the Maternity Ward, Birthing Suite, Ante Natal, Neo Natal and Gynaecology OPD. The project seeks to improve inter-departmental adjacencies to improve the patient journey. 

Executive architect, working with Herzog and de Meuron, and full engineering services, for the new office headquarters and laboratory complex located on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus for their highlyskilled workforce of approximately 2,000. The 55,000m2 facility has been designed to be readily adaptable for the changing needs of research science. The Research Building is supported by an energy centre incorporating a number of low energy solutions including an extensive ground source heat pump system and combined heat and power plant. 

A major re-development of the Royal Sussex County Hospital, incorporating 65,000m² of clinical accommodation, a new main entrance, regional trauma centre and 12 wards, on a very constrained site.

The new Student Services Centre is located on the new museum site in the centre of Cambridge. The project involves the refurbishment and adaptation of the old Cavendish Laboratories and together with new build accommodation to house the student services team. 

Refurbishment of City Hall, the principal place of business for Westminster City Council. The 20 storey building is in need of comprehensive upgrade in terms of building envelop, lifting, building services, and the quality of finishes on office floors, entrance and public areas. 

A new headquarters building over three storeys to create an iconic building for Airbus. The project creates a high-quality working environment on a limited budget using innovative features to achieve best value for money. Security is a major aspect of the design and the briefing stage was used to clearly define the requirements. The design is being carefully considered in order to incorporate these accordingly. Currently in design process.
