Terms and Conditions – Site Visit & Consultation 

By booking a Site Visit & Consultation with Interior Renovations Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Consultations

• Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with at least 4 hours’ notice.

•  

2. Purpose of Visit

• The site visit and consultation are intended to discuss your renovation requirements, assess the space and take any necessary measurements or photographs.

• No physical work will be carried out during this consultation, and no project is guaranteed as a result of this visit.

 

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule the appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.

• Any cancellations or rescheduling within 4 hours of the appointment may result in a rescheduling fee.

• Failure to attend the appointment may also incur a cancellation fee.

 

4. Site Access

• You agree to ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for the duration of the site visit.
   

5. Privacy & Data Use

• Photographs and measurements may be taken during the visit and will only be used to assess your project and prepare a quote.

• Your information will be used solely for internal project management and communication.

 

6. No Obligation

• The consultation does not constitute an agreement for services.

• A formal quote and project proposal will be provided separately following the consultation. • Any pricing, timelines or recommendations discussed during the visit are preliminary and subject to further assessment.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Interior Renovations Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage, loss or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

• Interior Renovations Ltd is not liable for any damage to the property during the consultation. Please ensure all areas are appropriately prepared in advance.
